My subscription isn't showing up on the app
If your subscription isn't showing up on the app, please follow these steps:
- Sign out of your account through the 'Account' tab
- Close the app
- Open the app and log in again
If this does not solve the problem, please try using the 'Restore Purchases' function under the Account tab. For details on how to find this, please see the short tutorials below.
