• My subscription isn't showing up on the app

    If your subscription isn't showing up on the app, please follow these steps:

    1. Sign out of your account through the 'settings' tab
    2. Close the app
    3. Open the app and log in again

    Please remember to include the model name of your device and screenshots of the payment receipts for your subscription
