If you would like to cancel your physical subscription, you can do so by emailing us at email@example.com or by using our contact form, quoting your subscription number. We may need to ask you a GDPR question to confirm your identity before a cancellation request can be submitted.
Please note that all physical subscription cancellations need to be requested 14 days before their renewal date.
An annual or two-year print subscription cannot be cancelled in the first 12 months, except in exceptional circumstances. After the first 12 months, if a subscription is cancelled, the subscriber will be refunded any monies owed after their last issue is received.
We are unable to cancel digital subscriptions for you. If you bought your subscription through our website, you can cancel it directly, from the subscription management page.
If you bought your subscription through a third party such as Apple or Google Play, the subscription must be cancelled with them.
