Item is listed on the dispatch note as 'To Follow'
This occurs when our warehouse partners are waiting on stock to ship out the item or an item is pre-ordered.
When items are out of stock, in the majority of cases, the missing item will be shipped within two weeks after dispatch of the original order. If this does not happen, please contact us and we will investigate.
Pre-ordered items are usually shipped the week before release date. On very rare occasions, if stock has not been received, they will be dispatched on release date.
Item is missing but has been marked as dispatched
Our deepest apologies if you have not received an item but it has been marked as dispatched. Please email us via email@example.com or via our contact form with your order number, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
