• I need to change my card details

    To change your card details, please follow these instructions:

    1. Log into your account here https://shop.2000ad.com/account/sign-in with your email address and the password you created.
    2. Click here to go to the Subscription management page: https://shop.2000ad.com/account/subscriptions. This is the only page where you can update your card details for your subscription.
    3. Click on the ‘Manage’ button next to your subscription.
    4. Click ‘Add/ Change card’.
    5. Fill in the form and make sure the name and billing address (including post code) are both correct, as our payment provider will check these with your issuing bank before allowing payment.
    6. Click ‘Submit’.
    7. You will then be redirected to the management page and you can see the last 4 digits of your card, listed next to the text ‘Payment method’. 

    To ensure there will be no problems when adding your card, please make sure you are using a computer and not a mobile device, such as phone or tablet.

  • I’ve received a payment failed email for my subscription

    We do not accept card details over the phone!

    The message you received is because the card you had registered has either expired, has insufficient funds, or it was registered under an older payment provider we no longer use. 

    Please change the registered card OR send us a cheque addressed to ‘Rebellion Publishing LTD’ to:

    Riverside House, Osney Mead, Oxford, OX2 0ES

    for the subscription amount. Add a note with your subscription/address details so we know who it’s from.

    Changing card details for subscriptions:

    Our system is automatically set-up to attempt another charge 7 days from a failed one. Do not be alarmed if all card details look fine but you still see the ‘Payment failed’ text. 

    To ensure there will be no problems when adding this, please make sure you are using a computer and not a mobile device, such as phone or tablet.

  • Can I pay for my subscription by cheque?

    Please note that we are temporarily unable to accept cheque payments as we do not have staff in the office to receive them. If you have sent us a cheque please contact us immediately via email (subshelp@2000ad.com) with 'Cheque Payment' as the subject.

     

    If you prefer not to pay online, you can pay instead by sending us a cheque along with your subscriber number (if renewing) and type of subscription.

    Cheques should be made out to 'Rebellion Publishing' and sent to:

    Oxford

    OX1 0ES

     

    Once a cheque has been received, we will then send an email to confirm payment has been taken.

    Please note that we cannot take payment over the telephone.
